My niece and nephew have been legally kidnapped from their loving parents. This happened in Oakland County Michigan. Their parents were falsely accused of child abuse. The CPS with the help of the police took them out of their home within 24 hours of the accusation without any investigation. No family whatsoever is allowed to see the children. The willing and able family members that would have taken the children in were flat out denied guardianship without any just consideration. False accusations are bad enough but to have your children taken away is hideous. Poor babies placed who-knows-where with who-knows-who doing who-knows-what to them. The CPS is seeking permanent termination of parental rights. We are all grieving for them.

My 8 year old, special needs, son was removed from our home two weeks ago. DCS was advised from another agency that I admitted to them that I drink on a daily basis (LIE), that I do things in front of my son (LIE), and that he has missed 15 days of school, all of which had a doctors note for. My case revolves around a custody case. My ex-husband has manipulated state agencies (controlling man) Conspiracy among Senior Judge, attornies, CPS, Community Mental Health, School, local police. Ten thousand dollars later broke, the judge has placed my children in the hands of my ex that is not stable. I have represented myself in court and actually I've been the best attorney I ever had. However when the judge does not allow me to have any ending arguments, denied all my motions filed, has me paying four times the child support that I'm supposed to, I need some guidance. I have documentation to prove this conspiracy but it seems like the more I push, the more allegations I get. Here are a list of the few allegation CPS has investigated:

Drug use (did drug test NEGATIVE)
Paranoia
Mental abuse calling my 16-year-old a "SPOILED BRAT"
Being lazy, because of my income. and by the way I work really hard, however, I do put my kids first.
My boyfriend play wresting a left a 15 min. red mark on his back.
Accused of Jacob missing 15 days of school while in my care however only two of those days go unexcused.

I advocate for my son that has some learning disabilities at school, but the more I push to do whats right, the more abuse my son receives at school, Any attorney in Indiana that can help me in this mess, Any advise? I do want my information on the membership page, but I'm scared it's going to cause me more trouble, but I hoping someone will be able to help me so I can go onto to help others. CPS just came here because this person who hates me called them as revenge, now they've started including false information in their reports (I've only found out about one so far) they are writing that I am "Schizophrenic" which is not only false but PROVABLE so, as I was proffessionally evaluated at the REQuest of CPS when they investigated ME for turning in a Day CARE CENTER! the day care center who was guilty as sin against my son and another infant, is of course fine. I'm scared to ask for my full cps record and start taping our interactions, but they are LIEING in their reports ALREADY! I'm also scared NOT to start this since they are clearly negligent.

I am currently obtaining a degree in social work. I've had contact with many social workers and from my experience about one in three were not corrupt. This is why I chose this kind of work. I pledge to myself and everyone else to do everything in my power to make some difference in this matter. I had 2 children taken away in 1998 for supposed shaken baby on my two-month-old son well in 224 after his death it was proven he had a genetic disease called menkes which is terminal, so he never had shaken baby, but in the meantime my two children were adopted out. There is a lot more to this.

I have been a CP$ reform advocate since 1996 when a family close to me was maliciously and mercilessly obliterated by CP$. I have since taken the logical progression toward Family/Childrens/Parents rights advocate. I used to travel email groups that included Suzanne Shell and Dean Tong. Through all this BS, my husband and I have been blessed. Our 17 month old son got a scold burn (on right foot, upper bottom, 1st and 2nd degree) from his 3 yr old sister trying to give him a bath. Complete accident. Doctor at Riley Children's Hospital who specializes in this stuff says accidental. CPS ate it up. Luckily my mother-in-law is a very wise woman. I was at hospital at son's bedside 24/7. Husband working two jobs. They put my baby through a CAT Scan, Full Body X-Ray, Bone Scan and found nothing. We don't get immunizations, so this was a lot for us to watch our son go through. The burn was painful enough. CPS calls me at the hospital and says "taking son to foster home when released from hospital, also requesting emergency removal of other two children from the home". My husband and I gave immediate emergency custody of our babies to my mother-in-law. CPS didn't get the chance to take them to a stranger. They went straight to my mother-in-law. At the CPS emergency court hearing we had over 30 family and friends present to support us. CPS backed down. They know they are wrong. But even now we are not allowed alone with our kids. They are 6, 3, and 17 months. I am with them everyday. I stay the night with them. We got sooooo very lucky. CPS has no laws. There needs to be some line they are not allowed to cross. I still fear everyday that there will be one person on a power trip that will say or do the one thing that gets our children removed even from my mother-in-law. I shouldn't have to live in fear. My babies want to go home. They should be allowed to. We would never hurt our children. Anyone who knows us will testify to it. This should never have been allowed to go this far. Any advice or help or even prayer would be great. I will definitely say one for all the people I have read about tonight. It's so scary what they are getting away with. (17 month old is doing fine.)

I have had a major run in with the problem of this FIA money game and am trying to suit the heck out of the state of michigan over my grandchildren. I am 43 years of age and I am willing to be an advocate to march on this county in michigan, or any other county...(I will not capitalize the name of the city, county or state because I have absolutely NO respect for it what so ever). On Dec. 1st.. I will be in front line picketing cass county, michigan. I moved over the state line of indiana because of the harassment in michigan... and to save my children from that state. I have 2 sons with autism. My youngest son has seen a specialist but could only state that he may have autistic behaviors. Well after conducting investigating on autistic behaviors on the internet web sites. He definitely has a behavior known as a runner or eloper. This is an autistic spectrum in which the child escapes out of the home or yard with Houdini like abilities. I have found out about this behavior after I was arrested for a 2nd time for child neglect. My son had escaped out of my back bedroom window and was found by the local police as we were out looking for him. My bedroom window had been broken by my oldest soon while playing ball. Since then it was replaced. Our bedroom window had a board covering it except the top 4 inches. This was duct taped with plastic. We also barricaded the window with dresser night stands and a chain link fence in the backyard. This did not stop my son from escaping through the window and hopping the fence. He had just turned 3 years old. Since my arrest the CPS took my son and put him Foster care. I am awaiting trial for child neglect. My wife and I both have a prior conviction due to a plea bargain. After finding out about my sons autistic behavior I am fighting the court system about my charges of neglect.

Then she diagnosed him as failure to thrive and the CPS said he got diagnosed as failure to thrive because I was not feeding him. Please with hold my name for now. I think the whole CPS system in Indiana need to be investigated. I don't understand how they can get by with their lies. They neglect and abuse these children more than the parents or foster parents do. They denied treatment for a foster child and when the foster parent tried to get help for this child after it was court ordered and CPS didn't get the help the child needed. They came and took the child and also the child they were in the process of adopting. This caused mental abuse to both children. Then they wonder why the children in the system has so many problems. Indiana is keeping the children in the system for 3- 4- and 5 yrs. I think it is a money thing.

I was in a 7 year abusive marriage, now divorced after 4yrs. I was punished by the CPS, by them removing one of my children. They made me go to all types of counseling, they asked my ex, he refused. Now I have been falsely accused of child abuse, and doing things they could not prove, cause me to have a criminal record without a full investigation. My so called public defender didn't do anything but convince me to plead guilty when I constantly denied the wrong doings, he threaten me with fear, tell me if I didn't takey he plea, I would go to jail forever. My children were given to my abusive spouse, who was the reason they removed one of my children in the first place. What can I do? The cps workers lied and told my children I wasn't doing what I was supposed to be doing and I didn't want them back. They didn't give me anything to do, but to take counseling all over again which I had completed 3yr, before for being an abused spouse. I went to counseling and gave proof of it , but they didn't want to see it, but made a big deal of it in court that I wasn't going. They don't have me visiting but one child but not the others and keeping them separated from one another, causing major damage.

I have recently had a run in with CPS in regard to my daughter. She reported that I had done things no parent should do. This was extremely confusing as my home has always been the "hang out" for family and neighbor children. My parents (the grandparents) were the ones who took her to the police station and filed the report. They acted very strange after this and got custody of my children. I asked the CPS to do a full investigation. They refused. I asked them to place my children in a different home due to the nature of my parents. They refused. I had to hire an attorney to force them to do a physical exam on my daughter. The exam came back clean (as I knew it would). They still kept my children. Everytime I tried to talk to the CPS they took everything I said and twisted it around to meet their "profile". We now know my parents began this process and I reported my parents and some of their actions to CPS. Nothing happened. I called the FBI, State Attny Gen Office and filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Made a little progress but everything keeps coming back to nothing can be done until the case is finalized with CPS. (I have to prove my innocence). CPS has delayed the court actions twice now. Once by taking my children to talk to the judge prior to the case and then notifying my attny so he could recuse the judge. Second time to file an extension for papers they have had for four months. I need some help pls. I am going to file a massive law suit against both CPS and my parents and well as search for criminal charges against those same parties. I need some representatives to assist me in this as well as some counsel who isn't afraid to take on a state. I also plan to go public with this so their may be some media attention in this for you as well. PLEASE HELP

I want the world to know 9-11-01 was the worst day of my life. I lost my job 10-18-01 and the IN Marion county CPS showed up by 10-22-02. They had an order to kidnap my kids without my even knowing. In Fort Wayne, IN. Lost my three children due to two reasons: 1. My middle child was continually truant from school, as he was so unruly the bus drivers would refuse to allow him on the bus, and when I got him there by regular bus (I have never had a license) he was considered "absent but present" due to him being there five minutes after the cutoff time, and 2. I discovered that the man living upstairs from us was a crack dealer, and had been convicted of it before, when he was living in another of the apartments owned by the same landlord that owned the property where we were living. When the landlord refused to do anything, besides encourage me to be friends with this man, the dealer, I decided to take the children for the summer to a family-oriented campground, called Pony Town. We were there for a week when a caseworker arrived and removed them stating we could not spend the entire summer in tents. I have seen my two younger ones one time since, they are now living with my ex and his wife. My ex was very violent towards me, and at times, towards the children. My oldest was adopted and fortunately, is still living with my mother. I guess a campground is worse that drugs and violence, huh?
