illegal court order on May 10th of 2007 taking custody
of my kids. Illegal in the sense that we had not even
lived in the state of New Jersey for a month, but in
fact were living in the state of Colorado . We have
been now staying with family since May and UNable to go

The family court and DYFS (CPS) here in new jersey prey
on newborns and infants too. Since they can't talk,
it's very easy for the system to make alot of taxpayer
money by removing the children from innocent parents and
generating a case load. The reason the system has not
been seriously attacked by parents is because the system
holds the children hostage. But one day...

I was set up by the Lakehurst New Jersey police
and have hundreds of pages of proof. The
crooked judge won't even look at them DYFS took

We am currently being harassed by DYFS. They continue to go to
the schools of three of my children, remove them from class and
interrogate them even though the child who they filed a
complaint in behalf of (my 16-year-old) has not lived in our
home in over seven months. After my 16-year-old and her
daughter (our granddaughter) were erroneously removed (actually
with our permission, she had already moved out to live with the
19-year-old man who got her pregnant and his 40-some-year-old
father) from our home they tried to once again come to our home
and interrogate our three other children ages 15, 15, and 12.
We told them to get lost since the child they had filed the
complaint about was no longer in the home. They claimed they
needed to see the other children to close the case with them.
We told them that they had no case with the other kids, their
names were never mentioned in the complaint. They complained to
the judge. The judge told them "You don't need to see the other
kids, they're not involved in this". Infuriated, they have
snuck up to the schools twice since to interrogate my children
since they know they can't come to our home. The most recent
being just two days ago. The whole problem stems from an
unethical DYFS supervisor who thought she could verbally slap
around an under-five-foot-tall and less-than-125-pound Filipina
who does not speak the best of English. Well my wife ripped
right back into her and they have been harassing us ever since.
But I do plan to sue and know that I have a good case coupled
with a bunch of other things that I haven't revealed to you yet.
Anyway, I hope that you can offer some advice and that I can be
of support to all of you. THIS INSANITY MUST BE BOUGHT TO AN
END!!!

told me they were bringing me a check and instead brought cops
and removed him. I am on food stamps and I was not getting them

I am currently dealing with CPS in New Jersey. I too am trying
to get my children home where they belong. So, I have started a
support group for families that are, have or even may start
dealing with these barbaric fools. I am wanting to let others

When you're doing nothing wrong, what can be done to get DYFS to
leave people alone? Our children, who live at home, are ages
11, 12, 15, 16 and 21. We have a very nice home, and what
happened, happened in Maryland at their aunt's home, where their
father resides, on a visit. Now it has been three summers since

My baby was taken from my arms partly for failure of an
investigator that needed to be retrained. She did not let me
know what assistance I could receive therefore my son was taken.
He was a preemie on a heart monitor and I could not get
insurance thru the state. It has been 3 long months since then
I have almost taken my life .The dyfs says they are here to help
families but are they really ..they're killing us mentally and

My kids were living with their father until July 21, 2005. An
incident occured in his home where one of my twins was hit in
the face and a tooth knocked out by a housemate. DYFS sent the
twins home with me, but gave a choice to my older son. He
stayed there, because his father threatened to kill himself if
he left. I told the caseworker this and eventually he was given
a choice. He is now with me. Since then DYFS has interviewed
them at their school, as well as searched them for marks without
my permission. I have had unprofessional comments made to me by
a caseworker; example: being told that she hopes I am done
having children. She has come into my home and dismissed me
from my own living room to talk with my sons. I have recently
found out this is illegal. This case goes to court at the end
of October. My children have told me about the abuse they have
endured while being with my ex-husband. They are beat on with
hangers, forks, screwdrivers, etc., called names, forced to eat
food containing roaches, one son was beat on on the way to the
hospital, as well as immediately after DYFS had left his house.
I need help in this fight. Anyone?

My three month son was taken from me because I didn't take him
to the doctor's. He is on a heart monitor tho while waiting for
insurance card to come in the mail I could not take him. The
state insurance kids care is under a new contract and no one has
coverage for their children til September no one has had
insurance since June. Now this New Jersey kids care is run by
the state and the state took my baby from me because of this
reason. They say the state helps you if you need help. In my
case I'm sorry I ever got into the state and government's hands.
Now I feel I'm under the government and state and can never get
out. Help.

I would like to join your organization right away. My children

scandal that got DYFS in a lot of trouble. There were workers
fired and the next two women to be fired took my children and
perjured themselves to protect their jobs. I to this day never

Please know I am diligently serving the cause. New Jersey Child
trafficking is having their day in court this Friday, December
10th, when I understand my children are slated for adoption. I

Yes I want to be heard in this situation, because it involves my
22-month-old grandson Giovanni Vogel who lives with me and his
mother and my other daughter Jennifer. The Division of Family
Youth and Services needs to come to some terms with themselves,
they removed my grandson on March 11, 04. He now is in the
hands of people that have children in the home that have autism,
he has been bitten on the face twice black and blue marks diaper
rash so bad that he never had a cold that started after he was
removed from the hospital, and there is still more, they had no

I am a father in New Jersey formerly of Deland Florida. I am in
a custody battle. I have my two daughters here with me in New
Jersey after taking them from a neglectful mother in Florida in
December. The courts are probably going to rule that I
immediately return them to their mother who refuses to use
insurance I pay for for the care of my children. I just do not
understand. Months ago I faxed all the forms required to Child
protective services and they have ignored me. Now I'm faced
with this. Something is very wrong in that State.

May I have some sort of rostrum?
I am focused on injustices - I want to go against a judge in
New Jersey.
Where is the base state for this Organization as I am finding
everything rooted in New York and yet you need case law from
your own state in order to win? Yes?
I would like to see these rallies or marches or press
releases or just stories that are sent to people in all states
and from all states to exemplify flavor as a "National
Organization".
What is the focus of this organization? Families which would
be going against CPS and there are many organizations going
against this horrid monster or judges who run families? I am
looking for other members in New Jersey who have problems
similar to mine so I can unite forces and we can help each
other. I feel that New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and
Pennsylvania should all fight as one organization and move to
each other's state to fight.

1975, I had my daughter stolen by her teacher, who asked me to
let her have her for a few months to study her behavior
(learning disability). She was eight years old. I lived in New
Jersey with no family, and with three children, my daughter and
twin sons, aged thirteen. Child protective workers tried to
make me sign my sons away. I placed teacher in court from 1978
to 2000. She took the SSI I had been getting. My sons and I
fled the state because of harassment in 1980's, as we became
involved in what seemed like a conspiracy. I fled to NYC and
took sons west. I found my daughter in 1999, with help of the
national crime information center, etc. She appears
"brainwashed", and refused to meet with me and my oldest
daughter, who lived in another state when it happened. (Only
spoke to her by phone). Authorities refused to investigate her
or her abductor who lives in the same town. I have no closure.
My parental rights have never been terminated, and I have never
been proven unfit. She is now thirty-three years old. I feel
if I were unfit I should have been given supervised visits.
Instead she was kept from me most of her life. I found out,
since having a computer, that the state was illegal in
appointing temporary custody (I was not notified of the custody,
only received a letter from the division of AFTER it happened).
This teacher has held my daughter for twenty six years (twenty
four before she was found) without legal authority, and the
state looks the other way. I find this teacher "untouchable",
with persons in power helping her. I need an investigation and
closure. ALL STATEMENTS ARE THE TRUTH, AND CAN BE PROVEN. The
laws of special education of New Jersey that state the
appointment was illegal are: New Jersey code of special
education, Title 6A, subchapter 14 - parents and surrogate
parents, states that no board of education employee may be
appointed to the care of a pupil.

I am a grandmother she is my only grandchild, CPS placed her

want to place her in foster care or up for adoption knowing I
