This letter is from New Jersey- Read it slowly and get mad.  This is a typical case of CPS mendacious, malicious, malfeasant operation.

Dear Sir or Madame,

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody from your newspaper for a few days now. I have a DYFS case that has been open for over a year. Over and over DYFS would tell me that my son was coming back soon then they would say I have one more thing to do and have me redo an evaluation that I had already done using a different doctor each time. They have taken out pages and pages of paperwork from my case and until this past June had not even told me the court dates for the time I have lived in Somerset County, from September 2003 until the present, before then they had only told me of two court dates, one in which I was not represented by any counsel and another where my "appointed counsel member" had not shown up. In June 2004 DYFS had stated that everytime I had a courtdate my counsel member had gone and not I but I had never been told of any court dates. They also said that I had not complied with their requirements and that they were trying to contact me the whole time. In the meanwhile I had been living in the same residence since October 2003 and DYFS had not once come to see it, they had also stated that I had kept in contact until February 2004 and since my court date was in March I had not known, but in the same court appearance they had stated I had kept in contact until March and that my court date had been that February. I have gone thru numerous psychiatric evaluations, psychological evaluations, substance abuse evaluations and drug screens. I am currently on meds and have been since October 2003 except for when I had become pregnant and was hospitalized in April and had to end the pregnancy to comply with the wishes of DYFS. I had been in a day program for a few months and my clinician decided it was a good idea for me to try and leave the program. It took a few months for them to find a meds doctor that had openings to take me so I had gotten non-compliance for that. I had given DYFS copies of the emergency room papers as proof I had been there in April but when I went to court they denied I had told or given them anything even though my fiance had been there when I did. Out of the entire time of living in Somerset County from September 2003 to present my court dates had not been in this county until February and I had not been told about this court date until mid-Mmarch. They had taken him away under false pretenses anyhow. The first court paper stated that my whereabouts were unknown to the Division, and if this was true how did they come to take my son the day before, and how did I know that there is was a court date then? I see Rhonda Rapps a psychologist at a week to week basis or bi-week basis is week to week she has no availibility. Before this I attended groups in my day program. I see Alan Malter on a monthly basis for medication monitoring. On my last courtdate the supposed substance abuse issue was thrown out of court after haing two substance abuse evaluations and three random urine screens but having done all of this and being on social services was obviously not enough because again I had been told I was in non compliance. The day they took my son I was living in Middlesex County and had been at social services there to get my benefits that had just come in for me and my son and my caseworker there was having me bring my son to an on duty nurse in the office but this was unable to happen becase the DYFS worker came in took my son, had me sign a paper stating that it said that I would attend court the next day, and after signing it hysterical because they had taken my son, my ride had turned the paper over and shown me how it said that it was without court order when just a few minutes before I had been told it was court ordered but it was too late my worker and my son were long gone. The fpster family wants to adopt him but I dont see how they should be allowed if they still bottle feed him when he is almost three, and he is not potty trained yet, when he was home he was learning the use of the potty and speaking in sentences and using a sippy cup, when the foster parents got him they said that he could not talk but the visitation worker from Catholic Charties then Tara Riodan said that she saw him speak frequently to me but would stop when he had left to go back to the foster parents. Also he has frequent fevers and has come to the visits with once a bump on his head and a few times scratched up and once with a swolen eye which the foster parents swore he was allergic to misquitoes, well than how does he go outside all summer? There are many many more facts about this case that show how bad DYFS really is in this state but no one seems to want to help. Please help me get my son back I miss him dearly.
