I've been sending people here but noticed a lot of links are broken. I launched Civil Gideon (and a personal war with certain authorities) on January 1, 2007. I'd like to discuss with AFRA how my website may help. I'm running Expression Engine (personal, paid version) from pMachine (http://www.pmachine.com), and I have the Forum module. I also have a Javascript chatroom (right now, not open) and just installed server software for a Usenet-type group. I've set up a Newsguy CivilGideon newsgroup as well. I'd like to see the groups that are actively fighting CPS and DFS to come together before the 2008 elections and fight for some basic civil rights and fair access to the courts. I'd like to see resources brought into a more concentrated space online. My domain has the capacity to run 50 Wiki pages (one for each state) with resources listed for each page. This site has the potential to become massive. Civil Gideon is a relatively 'new' nationwide movement that must be kept from the lawyers and bar associations to make it equivalent to 'poverty law.' I need help as do many others here in Oklahoma. To show how bad it is in this state my son, 13, was denied a lawyer for 5 months and never allowed in court to keep him quiet about what DHS and the juvenile court were doing. The public defenders office and child advocate lawyer went along with it.

I have been falsely accused of child molestation. I was found innocent at district court and found innocent at juvenile court. I have not seen my son in 4½ years, nor have I had any supervised visitation because of DHS. I need help with DHS in Oklahoma and also the court system. My ex-spouse just received full custody of my child. Ex-spouse is a sex offender. Yes the Judge knew all of this. I have been fighting court for over 7 years. My child has ADHD, ex-spouse told judge my child didn't receive med's at the exchange for visitation, which was not so. Everything is taped and the Judge ignored the tapes. Now that the ex-spouse has full custody and I haven't seen my child in almost 2 months. DHS has accused me of child abuse, I feel my child was put up to this from his father. Ex-spouse new wife also is under probation for identity theft on myself and other child. Ex-spouse ordered XXX-rated pornography and mail it to my house in my child's name. The Judge knows all of this. The child's doctor states there is no child abuse. Please help me.

I am a healthcare professional and mother of three great kids. CPS has taken my children away from me, lied to me and told me that I've failed to protect them. THEY are the ones abusing my babies right now, and this will affect them for the rest of their lives. I've now gotten a lawyer, and hope to at least get them with my parents and away from the state until they come back home to me. DHS has been involved in my life for a little over a year now, and it has been a constant battle. I have been treated unfairly and can't seem to get anyone to listen, much less help me. My son Caleb is in Foster Care and has been kept from myself as well as my family for over a year now. My right to privacy has been invaded. Deprived or neglected is what they call it, when my son has never been in my physical care. From the hospital he was taken into custody. I have been attending weekly counseling sessions, and AA/NA meetings. Random urine tests (all negative) and am living independently. A hair analysis test now they have asked me to take. Pease help me.

The DHS in Oklahoma can be stopped simply by the landowner refusing to allow them on the premises. When they cannot enter a home they have to drop the case for lack of sufficient evidence. This doesn't apply for public housing.

I have had run-ins with CPS, (DHS- as its called here) many times in my life. They are rude, arrogant, offensive and insensitive and however they are trained is obviously not working but merely lending itself to abuse of power. I have so many friends who have horror stories about losing their kids on unfounded, undocumented alleged "abuse" its frightening. Families destroyed and lives utterly ruined is all they seem good at doing. For every success story they "brag" about there are thousands being victimized. Until recently I was unaware of your organization, but you can bet I will forward your link to every single person I have contact with that has hand any sort of issue with the CPS. I'd also like to know if there are any specific banners or url's I might use to promote your site and its cause. Please let me know if there is anything I might do to help. Being poor I have limited means, but I do have access to the internet!

My dad Oral House was just sentenced to 5 years for child stealing — a charge given after he sought medical attention for my 3-year-old brother. When his ex dropped him off with dad he had ticks in his ears and was in need of medical attention. DHS is now making the mother out to be mother of the year to make their job easier. I have contacted every DHS director in Oklahoma and they each pass it on to someone else. When will they stand up for these children!!! We have 3 girls, 16, 10, and 4. DHS/CPS came to my house on 9/8/03 for "alleged" child abuse and took our 4 year old from the house and the other two from school. We not allowed to see or talk to them, and "when" or "if" we get to see them it will be a "supervised visit" at the "Protective Custody House".

Monday 9/15/03 we have to go to court to see what DHS's investigation report says. Our attorney said they should have never taken the girls out of the house since they were not in imminent danger. DHS has 5 days to investigate from Monday. The lawyer said that 5 days could turn into 5 to 18 months, and there is nothing we can do but wait. 9/18/03 we have to go to juvenile court to see if we lose them or not. DHS/PCS called yesterday and wants their Birth certificates. They pulled them out of their schools and transferred them!! CAN they do that?? They said a 5 day investigation and then pull them out of their schools! Have we been tried and convicted before the report is completed? HOW CAN THEY DO THIS??? WE REALLY NEED HELP ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

We have been fighting CPS for 5 years and they seem to all be liars who are willing to fabricate evidence to "win their case" no matter what the facts are and no matter the detriment to the child and family. Our judge presided over the infamous Ryan Luke case and is a puppet of the local DHS office. They have also used police coercion and intimidation in cahoots with the DA's office. The only good lawyer around here died a couple of years ago and we are left to the local "good old boy" network. CPS is like a secret police who intimidate and terrify people who have no defense against their lawless use of a governmental institution. We have been unable to get any governmental agency or office to do anything more than say, "there is nothing we can do."

I won't be here long at this address or number. Been there done that with illegal taking of children. As a Christian I feel it is my duty to help people with the knowledge of 10 years I have concerning Constitutional Law, US Codes, Federal Rules and Civil Procedure, Construction and Definitions of Words with the resources to match. I cannot charge anything, although a Love Offering would be accepted, if that is God's Will and only if you like what I do, but since this is a Spiritual Battle, I cannot say for certain anything will work. Please I need someone to help me. DHS took my kids 2 years ago and I'm still fighting for them . I was told some very alarming things by my daughter at my last visit with them. She said her foster dad has been touching her and her 2 sisters.
