DCFS in Florida took my children in 2001 I have been fighting ever since. They gave my children to their paternal grandparents. Grandpa is a convicted cop killer. The grandparent adopted them out to another family. DCFS has no idea where my children are and didn't even know they were adopted out. Someone please help me get my children home

I am shocked that DSS does not even try to follow its own published guidelines and when I try to call they either hang up on me or leave their voice mail on. I am here to support a little girl who the courts removed from her mother for the mother's actions and for putting the child in harm to include her being sexually molested and beaten. However the mother did get vists. The mother had a porn site online and even put pictures of her eight-year daughter online, the courts did make her take her daughter's pictures down, but lately while the girl was at her place for a visit she called DSS at 1:00 in the morning claming there was a bruise on the girls leg. DSS went to the legal parents, question them, had the father sign a safty plan and then refused to return the child home. And on top of this instead of sending the child to a foster or DSS home like they are supposed to be trained to do, this agent ignores the stacks of court papers and places the child with the mother the court removed her from. Now everyone is worried about the safty of this little girl. When she visits her mother she tells the family about being beat by one of the mother's other children and people climbing through her bedroom window. The family has not seen or heard from the child in over 2 weeks and cannot even get to court for a hearing. I am the child's uncle and my wife and I were over-the-road truckers till 4/3 when I turned in our truck so we can stay here to try and save this poor little girl. I am willing to do anything to get this girl somewhere safe, so PLEASE, anyone with any suggestions I would like to hear about it. For now I am planning to picket outside their office and try to draw as much attention to our fears as possible, so PLEASE, I can use any and all help. The parents have a lawyer but that has not helped yet.

My daughter has been in DSS custody since October 28, 2002... NOT Once had her GAL attempted to contact her, yet he makes all his "recommendations" based on the lies he is told by DSS... My daughter has been physically assaulted by a female staff member, given drugs by a male staff member & sexually assaulted by that same male staff member & DSS refuses to keep me informed of these things... MY DAUGHTER HAD TO TELL ME... I have NOT been TPR'd... I feel both my rights as her mother & her rights are being violated repeatedly... So much more I could say... Wish someone would take the time to listen & give me help!

I'm disappointed in the system with CPS. My stepchildren, which are two and four, are living in a crack house with their mom and dad. CPS has been looking for them since September 2003 and hasn't found them yet. My mother-in-law and I found them a little over two weeks ago and got a safety plan. Last night the parents showed up at where the kids were and called the cops. The cops turned around and let the parents leave with the children even though there is a safety plan in effect. CPS was supposed to have a judge sign the papers for this to be a permanent thing, but they haven't done that yet. Now we're not going to be able to find the kids once again. The four-year-old will put a straw in his nose and sniff cigarette ashes off the table and says mommy and daddy do it. My thing is these kids are not being taken care of they have no clue what real food is they eat candy and chips no real food. What's going to happen to them? They are innocent children that deserve better than this. If anybody has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. There is a three page safety plan in effect along with a two page police report for when the children were taken. I don't believe in taking other people's children, but their parents refuse to comply with the system to be able to keep them. I hope and pray somebody can help.

We observed a long time ago that the system seems to prefer the kids being in the worst possible situation. If they aren't being abused enough where they are, CPS will put them in foster homes to be abused. Kinship? HAH! There is NO MONEY in kinship care for CPS. Believe me, your disappointment with CPS is going to turn into disgust and terror if CPS does intervene.

CPS is destroying my family and my children's lives. CPS took my children in 1999 for drug use. I have been clean three years now and I have a new child that's two years old now that I have custody of but CPS won't give me my other children back. I've done all treatment plans. The judge ordered CPS to return my children and they haven't yet because CPS is claming I failed the home study, but yet my I have my two-year-old in my home. I've been falsely imprisoned by CPS. Went to court for the judge to order CPS to release me and dismiss my case but yet they get away with it. My caseworker was fired for lying on the witness stand on me and the judge caught him. So many illegal things CPS has done to destroy our lives and dear God why do they keep getting away with it? CPS is destroying children not helping them at all. I pray God will stop the evil CPS system that this country is allowing

Hi, I have not seen or spoken to my three children in four months. I was away from home and my babysitter had a friend over and they where drinking, someone called the cops. Before I could get home they were taken. I was arrested on three counts of misconduct to a child. My court date with DSS had to be postponed that was three months ago. I still have not had a merit hearing. I am not allowed to see or speak with my children!!!!!! I need help.

God Bless you for your efforts to save families from the horror of CPS. I hope I can be much more active in the future, and help develop the legal and political tools to remove this menace to society once and for all. Please only use my first name because I have a five-year-old daughter, and do not have the resources to defend myself if CPS should choose to retaliate. People turn their faces from the horrible truth about CPS. CPS is an out of control bureaucracy with a communist philosophy and Gestapo tactics that operates under a veil of secrecy above the law and outside the norms of society. This organization harms more children than parents ever have, and works in collusion with universities paid to produce statistics to corroborate their "minority report" methodology. They are a clear and present danger to democracy and the constitution.

My husband and I have become victims of CPS. He has custody of his two children from a previous marriage. We have a 20-month-old little girl together. We've experienced many behavioral problems with my step-children. Recently, my step-daughter ran away from home and when found with her mother, claimed it was because her dad beats her. DSS became immediately involved. They questioned both children who stated they wanted to live with their mother and made many horrific accusations against us. The children had forensic interviews, in which they spun even bigger yarns. DSS tried to force us for parenting classes, domestic violence counseling, psyche evaluations, and drug testing. All of which we declined. This infuriated them, so they tried to get a warrant to remove our baby from our home as well. (the other two were placed with an aunt temporarily). They were denied. Now we're being taken to court because DSS wants custody of all three children. They have told lie after lie on us. We will go to court February 13, 2004.

Our family courts are unconstitutional. I am presently preparing a petition to gather signatures. This petition will be presented to the U.S. Attorney of South Carolina and copies sent to the U.S. Attorney John Ashcroft, the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and all our law makers. Please help me with Oconee Department of Social Services. I am fighting them for my grandson. They are in the process of taking his parents parental rights away from them. They have a foster/adoptive family who is waiting to adopt my little Brandan. I have begged and begged them to give me guardianship or custody but they just ignore me. My husband was wrongfully accused by SCDSS for child sexual abuse. Their own investigator said the allegations are false. SCDSS still says that our daughter is at risk.
