Been fighting with DYFS for three years due to an ex-boyfriend abusing my girls while I worked, He used a belt and so my girls felt they were just being punished for doing something wrong. When we went into this I had no idea what LIES and other things they would do to keep my girls, I am still trying to fight, but it still hasen't done me any good.

I am facing false accusations of failure to protect my children. My children have been removed from my home now for nine months the youngest was just two months old when they were removed. CPS completely tore my family apart. It is sad but refreshing to find out I'm not the only one facing this problem.

I am being harassed by CPS for every little cut or bruise that my children get. My oldest boy tripped, fell, broke his glasses and cut his face. I had CPS at my son's school the very day that it was reported. My son felt like she called him a liar and I think she even told him he was. How do I get rid of them? They are threatening to take my boys.

I was also a victim of the CPS system in Beckley. My three children were taken from me without a reason. When it got in the court room months after the removal the CPS stated to the judge that they had no case to present to him. I lost my kids and they could not even tell the judge why my kids were taken. Someone needs to get a grip on the system. Do other mothers don't go though the same thing I did" My kids were mistreated after being removed from my care and CPS did nothing about that except say it was being addressed.

I, a Law abiding NCP parent who has had far past his limit of illegal state interjection into the private matters of the private sanctity of the familial domain. Seeking to reclaim a relationship with my two daughters (12 and 7) that has been significantly damaged (if not destroyed) by an abusive ex-wife who has found an all to willing ally within the Circuit Court for Howard County Maryland and the State of Maryland. It took 7 yrs for me to reach this point. I am NO LONGER naive regarding my Constitutional Rights and am now at the point where I have drawn a proverbial "line in the sand." ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - I need my Kids and THEY NEED ME!

My son who is seven came home from school with a tale of a man he did not know pulling him out of class and scaring him. My son told the man he had to go to the bathroom 3 times and when the man finally allowed him to go he followed my child into the bathroom and hit on the stall door ordering him to open the door. When I called the school all they kept telling me was it was the law and they could not give me any information on the man who was at the school. The principal acted like I was the worst person in the world. I have been a PTA for 4 years I am a home room mom and I help with the popcorn for the children. I also car pool for field trips. Where are all these laws at? Where are the parents rights? I have looked up these laws that they keep telling me about and I have yet to find them.
